The legal team is made up of great people. Very caring and understanding. Very proactive during COVID. Great environment for learning and growth. Promotes within.

Cons

Higher ups don't communicate things well that may concern employees. Much more emphasis on field employees rather than office staff. Most departments are spread pretty thin.
