The entire time I was at Key people were being laid off. When oil was at + $100 a barrel Key was losing money. They let a lot of knowledgeable people walk out of the door because they hired and promoted people who did not understand or care to understand the job they were hired for. Upper management surrounded themselves with people who knew less than they did but were yes men.

Too many chiefs, not enough indians. There is a lot of nepotism in the office. Your pay gets started out low, and they will make empty promises for raises. If you’re a “non-production” employee, you will not be able to work overtime. They’ll cut your hours at 40 a week, no matter what your workload is. You will end up doing have if the manager’s job while he gets the quarterly bonus for it.
