Pros

None. Literally none. We're talking near-rock-bottom minimum wage, no full-time positions, lots of dead-end openings with no upward mobility, and a work-life balance where the most dedicated workers are asked to stay late to compensate for some of the worst workers in existence.

Cons

The company culture is that of a maximum security prison; employees are treated like criminal scum who are likely to steal from the company, and this is made evident by the rule stating that employees are required to show the contents of their backpacks and containers when asked, and the clown of a supervisor who marches around with square-rimmed sunglasses and a 1980's mullet and mustache with a police siren for a cell phone ringtone.

Pros

Easy job. Flexible. People there are fun to work with. Can balance school and work. Ideal for high school students.

Cons

Low pay. Management doesn't recognize hard working employees or give incentive to stay such as reasonable pay increases and promotions.
