Pros
Good time off to start (4 Weeks) most positions, some higher level even more time off. Fun people to work with, aggressively hires recent graduates. Hard work is recognized. I thought management was fair.
Cons
Corporate banking seems stagnant however, community banking seems to be making some advancements with recent acquisitions.
