Midwest bank that needs to grow up

Pros

Good, well-meaning people for the most part. The company started investing in nicer infrastructure and resources right as I was let go. I had a very smart boss who invested his time in developing my knowledge and skills.

Cons

Low pay. Poor communication between the troops on the ground and management in Cleveland.
