Very relaxed yet productive work environment. Company would frequently treat it's employees to events and incentives to work harder.

Pros

Key presents a great work life balance compared to other banks. Its culture is competitive without being cutthroat. Coworkers were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons

Key does not carry the brand name that other bulge bracket banks do. It also lags some of its competitors in terms of compensation.
