Pros

I was hired to help develop a training program but the spike in interest rates led to some fat cutting and I was laid off. They gave me a generous severance - would definitely work there again.

Cons

None, for me at least.

I feel valued and am able to contribute immediately. Best professional I have made in a long time. My job is important to me but not my life.

Cons

No cons currently. Able to achieve a great work life balance. Work from home is allowed and actually told to work from home during my first 5 weeks.
