Great work/life balance at the corporate level, willing to take on entry level associates to train, promotion opportunities into individual contributor roles, management encourages innovations and provides knowledge resources, recognition for new and effective ideas, grassroots thinking encouraged, long term career opportunities

Cons

Pays below average compensation, the environment is very political, they run very lean but not always in the their own best interest, the cultural values don't reflect the organizational culture outside of the headquarters, difficult to move into management
