Some managers are great they provide great leadership and direction and they understand work life balance

Cons

Constant rolling out of different systems and they do not have a clear understanding on what the system or the system it was replacing does. Never a clear answer when it comes to policy’s. Everyone has their own take on regulations so the answer will change from person to person
