Pros
Worked in several jobs in different departments. A lot of change due to Key being such a large company. Gave me experience and opportunities with different managers, teammates, etc. Fortunate to have a lot of support and chances to learn new skills and grow in the ways that I wanted to grow. Very supportive organization and good benefits.
Cons
Large organization can make it difficult to get things done quickly. Meeting-heavy culture.
