Great PTO, poor pay for performance

Pros

Great people and great PTO benifits. They also have an exceptional 401k program.

Cons

Pay for employees there longer than 2 years is terrible. Advancing will not get you a higher salary. They have terrible compensation policies. If they were to hire a new person in my current position they would make almost 30% more than me, even with no experience. They need to change this policy.
