      Pros

      The Human Resources team is great. Management is supportive of remote working, if it is supported by the clients that hire us. They provide yearly salary adjustments that seem to range from 2-4% and occasional promotions with higher salary adjustments.

      Cons

      There have been growing pains moving from being a small company to a mid-sized company. For example, they only recently started a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiative, and it has been built from employees volunteering their unpaid time.

      Pros

      Good company, nice people. Still able to work remote with covid calming down so happy with that. Great place to grow development skills.

      Cons

      Federal Contractor for OSTI office so may need to change companies if bid gets won by someone else.
