Business Outlook
Pros
The team is awesome. Absolute joy to work with. It should bed noted that I can only speak for my team which worked on a project outside DC and therefor enjoyed a great deal for independence from the headquarters. Senior management showed up for a short visit once or twice a year.
Cons
No bonuses. No severance. Salary increases barely keep up with inflation. Despite glowing reviews from the client, KeyLogic still managed to lose the contract half way in. What I find most disturbing is that shortly before announcing that they lost the project and that the entire team is being laid off, they asked everyone to consume accumulated time off.
