Business Outlook
Pros
Management team is super accommodating and allows you to flex your time as long as you meet your obligations. Very easy workload. WFH. Able to work and bank holidays as extra PTO.
Cons
Only get PTO and no sick days and PTO is very limited at that (15 days). Don't contribute to 401k until 6 months after hire, but contribution rate is decent. Parental leave is sub-par. Far too many people not really doing any work and just padding the budget. Job description and interview information wasn't very accurate to what my actual role ended up being. Constant uncertainty of contract extensions.
