Horrible Benefits- Sub par to industry standards Bonus is Tiered, and non-existent for standard employee Overhead Employees are a burden to the bottom line and treated as such by CEO Employees are expected to work on contract for customer AND overhead work at same time CEO spouts “Employees are our greatest asset” that’s a joke, otherwise employees would have better benefits and bonus Employees treated as burdens Shady business practices Company is all about profit and bottom line No investment in employee, promotions are impossible
