Pros

I can't think of any

Cons

The politics of the company were seen waaay too early on. Tried incentivizing employees for outrageous/unattainable sales goals by rewarding them with ONE "work from home day". Treated grown adults like children, not adults who need/want actual money bonuses vs "work from home" days.

Pros

I guess you’re base pay isn’t horrible. A couple bucks more an hour than target -free snacks sometimes

Cons

-you’re quota is raised to wild numbers and the sales aren’t huge. You average 100 dollar sales because pharmacist try to buy bare minimum. -it’s a grind to talk to these pharmacist to buy your overpriced items. You also talk to the same ones every single day. They get tired of you calling them because 50 other companies call them in the same day. -insurance is a waste to get it here. -commission is 1-2 percent of your total sales but if you’re averaging 100 dollar orders then it’s nothing. -schedule isn’t great. Middle of the day and you have to be in a office for no reason whatsoever. -micromanagement is a big thing. When they had to let you work from home they made you sit in a lobby with your camera on during your work shift so they can see you the whole day. - revolving door of associates -the ceo gave himself the wildest office that he only stays in a couple months doesn’t really like mingling with the peasants.
