      Pros

      Fun people to work with. Good managers but the industry is dying

      Cons

      Money is not there. Lofty goals that get larger each month. Nearly impossible to hit goals to earn more money.

      Pros

      - If they gift you good accounts, it's smooth sailing at least for your first year - Cool office environment - Kind coworkers

      Cons

      - Saturated market, so extremely difficult to prospect - Quotas ramp up fast, so if you don't hit the ground running expect to be fired within 6 months - Accounts that are good only go to the chosen few, while the other reps fight for scraps
