      Pros

      Everyone in the office is pretty tight. Management is honest and fair with you, If you hit your metrics you get to work from home 4 days a week. Catered lunch sometimes. I get to work with a college friend, bonus's are nice.

      Cons

      not really any cons other than pharmacies selling/closing and you lose the business. Just like any other business, its a grind and anything you lose you have to regain.

      Pros

      Finally realized they needed to have a hybrid atmosphere and you can wear jeans.

      Cons

      Just about everything. They fired the director of my department when I was nine months pregnant. Left me to build my department from the ashes. NOTHING was done while I was on my very LIMITED maternity leave. I then helped rebuild and put in a tremendous amount of effort with no promotion or title change even and then they laid me off and others on the same day.
