      Pros

      Bonus structure, benefits, teamwork, lunches occasionally provided, work events and outings, great employees, room to grow, pto, holidays off

      Cons

      Training could be a little better and more hands on instead of hypothetical but the experience once you’re there for a month helps a lot.

      The politics of the company were seen waaay too early on. Tried incentivizing employees for outrageous/unattainable sales goals by rewarding them with ONE "work from home day". Treated grown adults like children, not adults who need/want actual money bonuses vs "work from home" days.

      Thank you for your feedback. We have provided a work from home opportunity after 6 months, from 2 – 4 days a week at home. We value all our employees, what they bring, and we support through ongoing training and key learning and mentoring sessions.
