Supportive and patient management, Workout room. Nice breakroom/kitchen.

Back when I worked there, this place was called KeySource Medical Inc. I guess they got bought out. But I was required to make +100 cold calls a day to pharmacists who don't want to talk to you, while trying to push over-priced generic pharmaceuticals. Then when they tell you to put them on your 'do not call list', you say ok, but then management makes you call them again 2 days later and at least 10 more times after that before they actually move them off your territory. You can imagine how stressful that is for a sales rep.

Pros

Long term employees can make a lot of money here. The work culture is unlike any other job I've had before, I seriously consider all my coworkers to be good friends, including management.

Cons

Short term employees will not make much.

You’d actually make more working McDonald’s. They tell you you’ll make more than they pay you, and after 8 months, you’re still making not enough to live.

Pros

Everyone in the office is pretty tight. Management is honest and fair with you, If you hit your metrics you get to work from home 4 days a week. Catered lunch sometimes. I get to work with a college friend, bonus's are nice.

Cons

not really any cons other than pharmacies selling/closing and you lose the business. Just like any other business, its a grind and anything you lose you have to regain.
