I dont know from where to start :
1) Salary paid to Keyence India employees is very very very less , compared to the amount of work and the company global standards .
2) you have to work for more than 12 hours a day for the company almost everyday without any over time.
3) no food allowance for their engineers even if they are out for entire day for company work.
4) They treat you like they are your master and you are slaves.
5) humiliation is to the core, if you cant take it this is not the place for you.
6) for your small blunders the top japenese manager is always there to cut your salary.
7) Incentives is not even 1 percent of your take home salary.
8) appraisal is more of humiliation than appreciation.
