Pros

No pros what's so ever.

Cons

No work live balance. Under paid, overworked. Bulling management that will do anything for a sale at the expense of employees physical and mental health.

Bad Company for Women

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Pay is decent but you work very long hours.

Cons

Numerous women get sexually assaulted by male colleagues and Keyence does nothing to protect them. They only care about money and if the man makes them enough, they will get them to do a “behaviour course”. From some of the stories I have heard, these men should have got fired. Instead, they force the women to be “professional” and continue to work alongside them. Shameful!
