      Great products, amazing training, direct selling, so always in control

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with culture and practices in NA, Micromanaging managers, toxic team environment, too many KPI's, sometimes very stressful internally.

      1) Exposure to the macro of manufacturing Industry 2) First hand customer interaction and direct sales skills 3) Great products and technical upper-hand

      Cons

      1) Culture can be Toxic in many cases, empathy towards the employee is very less. 2) negative state of competition among peers 3) Top Indian management is saturated, so even though people are getting promoted, learning curve flattened as only top management takes all the calls. 4) This job does not teach any hard skills, you will learn the fundamentals of sales only.
