      surrounded by some of the best consultative sales guys in the nation company gives you all the tools needed to be the best you have the best product in the industry very profitable company that compensates you well company invest a lot into you

      sometimes the company is a little disorganize due the rapid growth but they adjust.

      Keyence has awesome benefits and rewards you in monetary amounts for your achievements. Bonuses are within reach. You work with others around your age and the office is a fun enviornment with loud personalities fit for sales. Keyence also has a high base pay definitely above average for a sales job.

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours but you are compensated for so. You need to put in the time to get the sales to get your bonuses.
