Pros

Pay and bonuses are what keep people around. Management does listen to your opinions but hardly implements them. PTO isn’t bad

Cons

Extreme micromanagement. Clocking in and out isn’t necessary for salaried employees. Company culture is nearly nonexistent. All focus is on sales and little appreciation for corporate from management. Since they are a subsidiary everything has to run through the parent company and is micromanaged.

Pros

Most of the employees are nice. The pay and bonus are pretty competitive. Those two are the biggest pros there.

Cons

It’s a Japanese company. Work is life. It’s a great place to make a living if you like that work takes up your life. Everything is fairly strict. You cannot even leave your coat in your chair. Everyone sits never to each other, no cubes. Was not the company I thought it would be.

Pros

• Good benefits. • Great company for entry level. • Quarterly bonuses.

Cons

• Very strong on the “Japanese” way. • Not very good career growth. • Very difficult to reach “above expectations” • Management tends to look the other way at your accomplishments to continue the same agenda on promotions and raises. • They define the term “micromanagement” • There is an emphasis on tracking time spent on everything you do there, they say it is to promote efficiency, but it is clear it is a passive aggressive way to micromanage. • High turnover. • Absolutely no work life balance, and if you take a day off, it’s like the end of the world.
