Great pay, benefits, PTO and 401K package

Cons

Leadership advice can be complete opposites of advice you received in regards to the same questions. Never sure what piece of advice or instruction you should be following because you will always be ignoring at least one managers request. Also a very specific culture of sink or swim, you get there on your own or you don't get there.

Too many metrics so there is always something you aren’t doing well in. No work from home.

They train you completely in an interesting industry without any prior knowledge needed They pay is solid, especially if you can maximize on sales bonuses They will work not only on technical training, but also sales training Great opportunity for upward movement

Cons

The work life balance can seem overwhelming, especially if you have a larger territory They don't pay as well as some of their competition
