Good company car (private use also), you make your own schedule.

Cons

Bad teamwork, low salary, no work/life balance, you are just a number nobody cares, bad management, not customer based, huge fluctuation, most of workers leave before 1.5 yr, impossible growth expectation.

-Training is good -Technology is one of the best

Cons

-They will only follow their culture, the "Keyence way" -No time to breathe, when your inside the office you need to give you 100% only for work -Salary is relatively high but when you realize how much work you will need to do and the sacrifice for a work-life balance, you will realize that you are underpaid. the workload to compensation ratio is appalling. -No OT Pay even you need to go back to the office after a field work. -No respect for Filipino Culture. -They will not pay your bonus even if you're entitled with it.
