Pros

-As a fresh collegiate graduate, Keyence offers a great base salary with bonus structure. -Phenomenal training program -The technical technical team is very knowledgeable -The products and top-notch. They are fun to sell

Cons

-Management is too caught up in micro-managing and measuring every possible metric that they lose sight on how to best develop their employees -Certain divisions have ridiculous activity metrics and a lot of people fake activity to meet the numbers -High call number expectations which also leads sales team to fake calls and trick management into thinking they’re doing great -The sales structure is skewed. Someone who sells 5x as much as another employee could end up making less money for the quarter due to goal sizes (The excuse is that they try to be fair to everyone.....)
