Safe Company to Work For

Pros

It is very hard to not succeed here. The training program does not stop after the initial onboarding. The pay is generally about the same every year, benefits, and insurances are great. If you are not succeeding here, it is usually self-inflicted issues.

Cons

Even if you are crushing sales goals, basic metrics like phone call numbers, and sales call numbers are expected to be high. There is a lack of emphasis on efficiency and significantly more on process efforts.
