      Pros

      Great pay and benefits across the board. Most of the people you work with are genuine, hard working people and are easy to work with. Newly appointed COO for Keyence America is amazing and trying to make positive changes for the employees and company culture.

      Cons

      Overworked. Internal systems are not easy to work with. There are 5+ systems needed to complete my work everyday. Lack of support and willingness to adapt American working culture/environment from global headquarters in Japan. one of top directors causes unnecessary stress with micro-management style and lack of availability and response. Feel stuck in my current position due to retention

      Pros

      Expenses paid, strong base salary, excellent technical training and support, travel (could go either way), never see your boss.

      Cons

      Never see your boss/limited feedback. Travel. Long hours. High expectations. Lack of transparency in terms of bonuses and promotions. Glad I got on management's good side because if I didn't life would be a lot harder.

      Awesome Pay, Gives the employees resources and benefits, good people work here.

      Cons

      Management doesn't do anything to retain their talent. They would rather see a young new hire take over a territory rather than someone who has been covering it for years. Its a high-energy job so the turnover here is massive which hurts sales because all varieties of plant personnel have to keep seeing new reps.
