      This is a great role for young engineers looking for an entry level role. - Great market base exposure working with some of the best engineers in the United States - Job stability - Hybrid work schedule - Good team atmosphere, and work environment - Expanding fast - World class products

      Cons

      - Promoting from within can work to an extent, but sometimes leads to inexperienced management - Depending on division assignment it can be difficult to move up in your area of interest - High turnover - Company consist primarily of sales people, often times technical teams get over looked when it comes to needs assessments and compensation

      Decent pay with pay review every 6 months.

      Cons

      Very long hours, big areas to cover with 2-3 hour drives from home but driving time is not taken into account and does not count towards working hours. Micromanaged to hit lots of KPIs. No long term stratergy just short term goals and constant pressure to hit goals.
