Pros

The pay, as well, training is great.

Cons

They want you to drive ALOT! In my recruiting class, I was the ONLY Black person in the space. That is not okay. It is definitely not an inclusive space.

Pros

-good paycheck initially -solid products

Cons

Where to start… - office and company culture is horrible, you can tell no one wants to be there -lots and lots of metrics and micromanagement, even if you hit goal, if you don’t hit every metric, it’s not good enough -unrealistic metrics and goals on activity/goal leading to most reps fudging numbers to get by -commission structure is very complicated and difficult to understand and not very lucrative -very high turnover rate which everyone knows about but isn’t addressed by the company -minimal work from home -office is essentially a call center 7:30-5:00, phone calls all day, don’t expect to ever leave early even if all your work is done with -expect to drive 300-600 miles a week, therefore not much work life balance -base pay is good initially but low pay rises so eventually it’s below market
