Pros

Keyence UK and global continues to grow quickly meaning many opportunities for personal progression are possible. Keyence also only promotes from within. You get to work with lots of people of similar age in a highly collaborative environment. Really good sense of team and you do not operate as a loan sales person. Products are top class in industry and Keyence is known as a market leader.

Cons

Hard work, as we are aggressively growing we also want to work harder and faster than anyone else. For some KPIs can be seen as a con, but keyence focuses on both input and output, so even if you are not managing to get the output you can still see your effort&contribution. Managers can also help understand where they can support you.
