There are many processes/kpi that are monitored by the management. So it can be rather stressful trying to meet all the processes.

If you don't mind working in a high-pressure fast pace environment, you will love this company. Japanese culture influences a lot and the management is mostly foreign/Japanese. The company changed a lot since I joined and is not connected to its employees as it used to be. Compensation is great and benefits as well. Traveling with the company is always luxurious

Most KPIs don't make sense and force salespeople to fake their data input
