      Good work life balance and good pay. 150K+ earners 2 years out of college. 200K potential 3 years into the job if you are a top performer

      Metrics can be annoying - 40+ sales calls a month, have to be in office twice a week from 7:30am - 5:00pm almost no exceptions

      Extreme micromanagement, lots of big egos, only promote from within so they can “brainwash” employees at entry level (yes, that was often openly admitted from C-suite)
