Pros

o around and discuss if we currently think our presentations are portraying these traits/attributes and if not how we can mend them into doing a better job of depicting them.

Cons

ng them.As Sales VP you should sit down with each Sales Rep and go through everyone's presentations. In doing so you can make sure that the focus of the presentation is tailored towards the reps specific customer and that the core values that each presentation will share. Recertification I would have all the sales reps meet and start a large open discussion. Together we will outline exactly what we believe are the core values of the company and how we can add these traits/attributes to our presentations. We would then go around and discuss if we currently think our presentations are portraying these traits/attributes and if not how we can mend them into doing a better job of depicting them.
