Pros

Keyence is focused on individual and business growth, they will train you and challenge you to be better. Industry leading products that can sell themselves to the right customer. Heavy involvement from coworkers and leads being shared internally. Significant initial training and ongoing coaching from managers. Detailed CRM assisting in connecting to customers. Great place to be to learn.

Cons

Can be a significant learning curve to understand your product and your territory, and it’s the customers you cold call that feel the impact. Overly metric driven goals that can mismatch customer’s needs with profitability. Too many goals and metrics. Red tape that will slow you down.
