Pros

This is a good job right out of college. They will train you to sell and build a pipeline. Managers can be hit or miss, but coming into the right situation can net you well over $100k within a year of starting here. This is a super stable company as well.

Cons

Managers can be overbearing even when hitting metrics and quotas. Directors are a bit out of touch with how things are operating on a day to day level. Traveling also becomes tiring. Expect to be on the road for 4-5 hours per day, minimum depending on your territory,
