Pros

The experience and coworkers are great. I love the technology I work with. I love the fact that, in growing, management recognizes the need to be flexible with us while maintaining high standards. Things change a lot so adjusting to the changes gives a good bit of flexibility to influence direction and culture.

Cons

Since I work in the office every day, unlike sales, there's more micromanagment but it's still not too bad. The culture there is definitely much more strict than most American companies these days from what I've seen and understood which can make for a boring and undesirable work environment but it's mangable.
