Pros

BRAND name in your CV... Outside india company operations are good.. They have good training structure. You get to learn new things

Cons

I dont know from where to start : 1) Salary paid to Keyence India employees is very very very less , compared to the amount of work and the company global standards . 2) you have to work for more than 12 hours a day for the company almost everyday without any over time. 3) no food allowance for their engineers even if they are out for entire day for company work. 4) They treat you like they are your master and you are slaves. 5) humiliation is to the core, if you cant take it this is not the place for you. 6) for your small blunders the top japenese manager is always there to cut your salary. 7) Incentives is not even 1 percent of your take home salary. 8) appraisal is more of humiliation than appreciation.

Pros

The money, if you want more than £30k early in your career you will get it here if you can last more than 2 years.

Cons

Everything except the money. I would not work for this company again in my career for no amount of money. I "got out" just in time. They work you on a Monday on the phones like a sweat shop (Credit car centre) 8:30am to 5:00pm (Clocking in card and you have to justify your toilet and coffee breaks). Then they work you on the road doing ridiculous hours (You have to "arrive" at your customers before 8:30am even if they are 200 miles away and leave your last customer after 5pm) with unrealistic targets. Then your back in the office (Again, even if it is 200 miles from your house) on a Friday again 8:30am to 5:00pm. If you do hit target, they will find some fault to belittle you - for example "You have not sent enough brochures out this month" or "Even though you doubled your turnover, your call rate is less than last month - sort it out". Never happy and always demanding. I have been in the industry with 3 similar companies now for over 15 years so I am not just "bitter" I talk from experience.

Pros

-Training is good -Technology is one of the best

Cons

-They will only follow their culture, the "Keyence way" -No time to breathe, when your inside the office you need to give you 100% only for work -Salary is relatively high but when you realize how much work you will need to do and the sacrifice for a work-life balance, you will realize that you are underpaid. the workload to compensation ratio is appalling. -No OT Pay even you need to go back to the office after a field work. -No respect for Filipino Culture. -They will not pay your bonus even if you're entitled with it.
