Pros

There is very in depth training where they teach you everything you need to know about the product you are selling. It is a great job if you don't mind traveling for the majority of the week. The is decent and good bonuses paid quarterly if you meet the goals.

Cons

During training they teach you everything product related and not a sales process. A lot of people come in without a sales background so just being thrown into the field, given goals, and expected to be successful is tough. The first few months are rough. They also don't tell you when they hire you that it is a lot of cold calling, the amount of traveling was not expected and they promise things that they don't deliver on.
