Pros

You have a job. Depending on what you did before the pay could be decent. But is bottom of the barrel from competition. Good foot in the door. You need to get in then get out. Don't just get comfortable. This place is created to be a stepping stone. Fools make it a career. Said by experience.

Cons

Everything. This place will literally go out of their way to bring you down. Work life balance is a joke. You'll be underpaid the entire time you work here. You'll also be overworked and they don't do anything for you or the community. They don't care how great you did. 100% growth means nothing. There's no winning.

Pros

Good starting salary, good training

Cons

The very definition of micro management. Every detail of your day to day is tracked and logged and analyzed. Bonus structure is confusing and seems to reward process achievements more than sales achievements. Zero work life balance. For one of the worlds most profitable companies, Keyence invests almost nothing into making day to day life more comfortable for its employees.

Pros

-The job is not stressful (I was previously the GM of a construction company and they worked me to the bone at 85 hours a week for half the pay) -Everything is compensated -Pay is great (at 22 years old my starting salary was 63k plus commision) -Benefits are great -Travel (I had the opportunity to train and explore in 13 different states) -Training is long and thorough -The culture is awesome, there is a good split between age groups. Although the company does trend on the younger side, My office hangs out after work often. -Managenent cares about you

Cons

-work ends at 5pm, but if you leave the office before 5:15pm, it is frowned upon (makes no sense to me, make work end at 5:15 then!) -although the job isn't stressful, I barely have enough time to fit the gym, food shopping, and meal prep into my work week. -if your manager doesn't like you, you're not going to enjoy this job. -I had to choose the type of car I could drive based on the size of my equipment (big box for the tech) -lifting heavy equipment in and out of my car hurts my lower back.
