Pros

- There was a great group of people while I was there and I was friendly with people in different departments. Everyone was polite and approachable which made work much more enjoyable, especially during my training. - The offices I worked at were open plan which meant senior management were approachable. - The salary was very competitive and came with quarterly bonuses. - Keyence promote from within. - It was a great opportunity to learn about sales, administration, finance, marketing, and tech support. The training for my role was well thought out and there was always someone available to help answer questions.

Cons

- In my role there was a focus on completing a high volume of tasks (e.g. answering calls, emails, and processing documents). This is typical of this sort of role but worth mentioning as it may not suit everyone.
