The training process will be consisting of basic and straightforward information. No regulations on the numbers or sales strategy on place. They won't teach you anything or let you go further even if you feel comfortable doing your work. After certain period of time the employee will be blamed in slow work efficiency and skills deficit. The initiative to take more responsibilities will be cut off and ignored.
CSM (Customer Service Management) department is the worst which is specifically works by their own and disrespect each other. Do not expect any feedback or help at all from any Tech Sales or CSM.
Keyence management do not care about the work process and mainly rely on bias opinion of their employees. If you don't along with any person in the company - you will be kicked off immediately. The management have their own "favorites" who were treated well but not anyone who's new or if you have different personal interests which are not along with others.
The work environment is hell!!! You will receive tone of calls and requests from the customers. The break time won't be helpful and there will be moments when you won't be able even to go to the washroom. Japanese companies tend to be like that but Keyence will kill you with the amount of work, "unique" company culture and chaotic atmosphere !!! Don't waist your time even applying to Keyence!!! Please keep in mind that most employees are still recovering from the stress and burnout.
