      No work live balance. Under paid, overworked. Bulling management that will do anything for a sale at the expense of employees physical and mental health.

      Good Starting Job in Sales

      Pros

      They provide excellent training and really good pay. Their products are excellent! It is nice to sell products you really believe in. I also really liked my direct manager and my work colleagues.

      Cons

      It is very stressful like any sales job. There is a lot of cold calling so if you are not comfortable with this it might not be the best place for you. There is also a very high turnover rate.
