Pros

- Can be big money for individual fresh out of college and remain higher than average if the work is put in (territory-based) - Growth even through pandemic in some, almost all, divisions across Keyence - Very sales-minded in terms of providing the necessary tools to get the job done out in the field and in the office

Cons

- Long hours and driving based off territory - Potentially 1-2 nights staying out a week - Luck of the draw on manager assignment
