Pros

Job Security, Christmas Party, Basic knowledge in Engineering and the training is provided

Cons

Bonus is not great. You do not get valued upon the work you put in compared to people who don't put any work in. You feel expendable and anyone who leaves is dead to the company. Management can be very strange as they only promote within based on time (even if you have experience beforehand which is never a factor) and so it is only Keyence's way. No management training is provided to anyone from an outside source. Even when you sell well, for some reason, you are questioned more in most circumstances and do not feel valued or appreciated. Also do not ask for any help with your personal life as Keyence is life. Not too sociable within the office.
