Pros

The pay is above average for the sales industry. The colleagues and co-workers that you work with are supportive. The products you sell to other companies are state-of-the-art, an exciting environment to learn and grow.

Cons

Management from the top down is horrendous, and they don't treat their employees fairly. The amount you receive after commissions compared to the total amount of hours you work isn't adequate. There is no work-life balance, and you will be micro-managed. You will be dismissed for any communications that aren't favored, and training isn't the best; overall - expect to work there for 6 months to get your feet wet, then move on to better companies.
