      - Career progression is almost a dream especially if you plan stay long in the company. - Lack of transparency in how they promote employees even if you do well and exceed your target. - Salary growth is negligible if you perform average compared to the rest. - Management lacks direction and powerless as they have to listen to the HQ and cannot make decisions on their own. - Close to zero employee welfare and HR has no backbone to make decisions for employees.
