Pros

- Excellent products and training - Best in industry renumeration and employee benefits - Are disciplined and have good work ethic - Good exposure to industry and customer base - typically promotes internally and no outside hiring

Cons

- Zero work life balance, have to work at least 10-12 hours a day - Managers (except a few) typically micromanage you and do not let you grow and show favouritism - constant rules and regulations updation which makes you feel like you are in a school - targets are too high and you need work hard year on year to stay on top - All top management are Japanese and have poor communication skills and no empathy towards employees - no activities out side work like festivals, celebrations, sports or team building

Pros

Regular clapping sessions where all employees get in a circle and regurgitate what chickens they’re chasing that month. Almost cult like, underperforming members are looked down on in an attempt to motivate them. Wonderfully entertaining

Cons

There are none, none at all
